Custom duty levied varies from one nation to another. It makes us impossible to fix it. Buyers have to bear the custom duties of the importing nation. After customizing the measurement it takes three working days for our artist to actually start working on it. If intimated within three days alteration is possible. Once the product is furnished completely alterations are not possible. - Do stitching charges vary?
All stitching works are charged at a flat rate. What ever the size, pattern or design you wish will be customized in accordance - Can we purchase unstitched cloth?
For a better view all our products are displayed in stitched format to know the exact resolution to customer. We are glad to offer you both stitched and unstitched cloth as per your order. - I, am based in U.S and I frequently purchase your product. Can my relatives in India pay on my behalf?
On placing your order a final invoice will be generated including shipment charges. Your relatives can pay us locally and can refer the invoice number with their payments. Once the payment is made we would notify you by mail and the goods will be dispatched on your registered address.
